Virtual Network Topologies

Using the bandwidth attribute, Honeyd simulates queuing and propagation delay.
Example for a 56Kbps link:

PING 10.2.0.1 (10.2.0.1): 56 data bytes
64 bytes from 10.2.0.1: icmp_seq=0 ttl=63 time=51.552 ms
PING 10.2.0.1 (10.2.0.1): 800 data bytes
808 bytes from 10.2.0.1: icmp_seq=0 ttl=63 time=272.270 ms

We keep track of the propagation and queuing delay for each link.
The difference between the current time and the busy time of a link is an estimator of its queue length.
Configurable thresholds to random early drop packets.
